Abstract:

С помощью богатого фактического материала академик М. Нерсисян показал истинное отношение имеющих различные политические интересы и цели Англии, Франции,Австро–Венгрии, США и Германии к армянскому освободительному движению второй половины XIX века. Описывая программы каждой из этих держав, М. Нерсисян их назвал вражескими, странами, чья двуличная политика вдохновила Турцию осуществить свою давнишнюю мечту и которые имеют свою вину в провале армянского освободительного движения. Due to rich factual material academician M. Nersisyan revealed the true attitude of England, France, Austria–Hungary, the USA and Germany, who had different political reasons and objectives, to the Armenian National Liberation Movement of the second half of the 19th century. Depicting the plans of each of these powers, M. Nersisyan named them hostile, the powers, whose double–faced policies inspired Turkey to realize their long–cherished ambition and who have their fault in the failure of the Armenian National Liberation Movement.
