Abstract:

«Էլեկտրոնային բյուջեի» ստեղծման հիմնական նպատակն է պետական և տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների գործունեության թափանցիկությունը, հրապարակայնությունը և հաշվետու լինելն ապահովելը: Կարևոր է նաև պետական կառավարման կազմակերպությունների ֆինանսական կառավարման որակի բարձրացումը՝ միասնական տեղեկատվական միջավայրի ձևավորման և հանրային ֆինանսներում տեղեկատվական և հեռահաղորդակցական տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառման միջոցով: The concept of "E-budget" seeks to ensure transparency, openness, and accountability of state agencies and local government, as well as enhance the quality of financial management of government bodies through information and telecommunication technologies. The electronic control and monitoring of transparency does not imply any commercial and state secrecy, it only provides cash inflows and outflows global trends in the online system.
