Abstract:

2010 թ. օգոստոսի 20-ին Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը և Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը ստորագրեցին համաձայնագիր հետընդունման մասին: Համաձայնագրի կարևորագույն կետերից են սահմանումները, հետընդունման պահանջի և դրա պատասխանի պայմաններն իրականացնելու հիմքերը, տեղափոխման պայմանները և այլն: 2010 թ. ՌԴ-ն և ՀՀ-ն ստորագրեցին միմյանց միջև հետընդունման մասին համաձայնագրի գործադրման վերաբերյալ արձանագրություն, որն առավել ամբողջական է բացահայտում համաձայնագրի կիրառման և համագործակցության ընթացակարգային մասերը: The Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia signed the readmission agreement on 20 August 2010. Along with other provisions, this agreement comprises definitions and the terms of readmission. In 2010, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia signed the Executive protocol on implementing the Agreement on readmission between the aforementioned countries. This Executive protocol fully reveals the procedural aspects of the Agreement.
