Abstract:

Тенденцией к снижению теневой экономики, естественно, является разработка и принятие соответствующих законов и осуществление государственного контроля за ее полным и безоговорочным исполнением. Последнее, в свою очередь, тесно связано с проблемой преодоления коррупции в стране, поэтому сочетание сокращения теневой экономики и осуществление комплексной и устойчивой антикоррупционной стратегии представляет собой основную гарантию сокращения теневой экономики в стране. В данной статье рассматривается проблема о совершенствовании законодательного поля в целях сокращения теневой экономики. The main approach to reducing the size of unreported sales turnover, in general, is the drafting and adoption of the corresponding legislation and execution of the state control over the complete and unconditional law enforcement. The latter one, in its turn, is associated with addressing the issue of corruption; hence, the main guarantee for reducing the size of the unreported sales turnover is the simultaneous and combined and/or joint implementation of corruption fighting and shadow economy size reduction strategies. The article addresses this global issue by discussing the respective legislative changes to improve the current legislation.
