Abstract:

Переход к свободным рыночным отношениям в Республике Армения, начавшийся в первой половине 90-х годов прошлого столетия, осуществлялся в основном посредством масштабных программ, рыночных реформ. В результате акционирования средних и крупных государственных предприятий значительная часть населения Армении (около 1,5 млн. человек) стала собственниками и новым владельцам передались обязательства предприятий перед государством и другими кредиторами. The transition to free market relations in the Republic of Armenia, which began in the first half of the 90's of the last century, was carried out mainly through large-scale programs and market oriented reforms. As a result of corporatization of medium and large scale state-owned enterprises, a significant part of the population of Armenia (about 1.5 million people) became the owner, and at the same time obligations of enterprises to the state and other creditors were transferred to the new owners.
