Abstract:

В статье рассматриваются результаты исследований, которые указывают на то, что ни один из тренировочных методов не будет эффективным и не даст желаемых результатов, если не учтены индивидуальные психологические особенности личности спортсмена. Деятельность спортсмена протекает в экстремальных, сложных условиях, способствующих выявлению предельных возможностей человеческого организма. В этих условиях возрастает зависимость эффективности деятельности человека от индивидуальных свойств его нервной системы и темперамента. A list of analyses of the study results are presented in the article, which show, that training methods cannot be efficient and will not give desired results if the individual personal peculiarities of the sportsman are not taken into account. The activities of a sportsman are taking place in extreme, hard conditions, which contribute to the identification of the extreme capabilities of the human organism In these conditions, the dependence of the efficiency of human activities on the individual properties of the nervous system and temperament rises.
