Статья посвящена исследованию принципов и признаков суверенитета. Проанализированы современные теоретико– правовые проблемы в области выявления конструкции, границ и юридического содержания принципов и свойств суверенитета. В заключении, обобщая результаты исследования, дано определение принципа и признака суверенитета как существенного, необходимого и реального фактора в правовом государстве.The article is devoted to the principles and attributes of sovereignty. Modern theoretical and legal problems identifying the structure, boundaries and the legal content of the principles of sovereignty and property have been analyzed and they have been studied at the current stage. In conclusion, summarizing the results of the study, a definition of the principles and features of sovereignty as an essential, necessary and real factor of legal state is given.
