Abstract:

Սույն ուսումնասիրությունը վերլուծում է գյովնդ–յալլի–հալայ պարերի ըն-կալումների փոխակերպումը ժամանակակից գյուղական և քաղաքային պարային միջավայրերում՝ կենտրոնանալով շուրջպարային նշանակությունից դեպի պարանվան ընկալում անցման վրա։ Հետազոտության նպատակն է բացահայտել, թե ինչպես են սոցիալ-մշակութային միջավայրերի փոփոխությունների պայմաններում վերաձևավորվում այս պարերի ընկալումն ու դասակարգումը։ Մեթոդներ և նյութեր. Հետազոտությունը հիմնված է դաշտային նյութերի, բանավոր հիշողությունների, պատմահամեմատական դիտարկումների և ժամանակակից պարային պրակտիկաների ուսումնասիրության վրա։ Տվյալները հավաքվել են Հայաստանի տարբեր գյուղական և քաղաքային համայնքներում՝ պարողների, պարային խմբերի ղեկավարների և պարուսույցների հետ անցկացված հարցազրույցների, ինչպես նաև գյուղական միջավայրում կենդանի ավան-դույթը կրող համայնքային անդամների հետ աշխատանքի և մասնակցային դիտարկում-ների միջոցով։ Վերլուծություն. Դաշտային տվյալները ցույց են տալիս, որ գյուղական միջավայրում գյովնդը շարունակում է գործել որպես կենդանի սոցիալ-մշակութային պրակտիկա, իսկ քաղաքային միջավայրում դրանք հիմնականում վերածվում են ուսուցողական և բեմականացված ձևերի։ Փոփոխություններն արտահայտվում են պարի անվանական և իմաստային մակարդակում՝ շուրջպար համահավաք իմաստից դեպի պարանվան նեղացում։ Միևնույն ժամանակ պահպանվում է կառուցվածքային հիմքը՝ 6 կամ 8 քայլից կազմված, «երկու գնալ, մեկ դառնալ» սկզբունքով։ Հետազոտությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ գյովնդի ընկալումները ձևավորվում են ինչպես պատ-մամշակութային հիշողության, այնպես էլ ժամանակակից սոցիալ-կրթական գործոն-ների ազդեցությամբ։ Շուրջպարից դեպի պարանվան ընկալման անցումը չի ենթադրում ավանդույթի կորուստ, այլ դրա վերաիմաստավորում նոր միջավայրերում։
This study analyzes the transformation of perceptions of the gyovnd–yalli–halay dances in contemporary rural and urban dance environments, focusing on the shift from a collective “round dance” meaning toward an understanding of these terms as specific dance names. The aim of the research is to reveal how the perception and classification of these dances are reshaped under the influence of changing socio-cultural contexts.Methods and materials. The study is based on field data, oral memories, historical-comparative observations, and the analysis of contemporary dance practices. Data were collected in various rural and urban communities of Armenia through interviews with dancers, leaders of dance groups, and dance instructors, as well as through engagement with community members who maintain living dance traditions in rural settings and through participant observation. Analysis: Field data indicate that in rural contexts gyovnd continues to function as a living socio-cultural practice, whereas in urban contexts these dances are largely transformed into pedagogical and staged forms. These changes are reflected both in the naming and semantic levels of the dances, showing a shift from the inclusive meaning of “round dance” toward a narrower interpretation as a fixed dance name. At the same time, the structural basis is preserved—6- or 8-step patterns based on the “two steps forward, one step back” principle. Results. The study demonstrates that perceptions of gyovnd are shaped both by historical-cultural memory and contemporary socio-educational factors. The shift from a “round dance” concept to a “dance name” does not imply the loss of tradition, but rather its reconfiguration in new social and cultural environments.
