Abstract:

На сегодняшний день весьма актуальна проблема модернизации юридического образования. В контексте вызовов XXI в. в системе юридического образования имеют место коренные изменения, заключающиеся в переосмыслении целей юридического образования на основе таких подходов, как компетентностный, исторический, сравнительный, системный, андрагогический, личностно-деятельностный, которые становятся важными методологическими ориентирами. At present, the modernization of legal education in the context of modern methodological approaches is crucial. Moreover, the improvement of professional education is based on a number of contemporary conceptual relations and integrative processes. In the present paper, the author shows some of the factors influencing the formation of competence as well as the fundamental changes taking place in the system of legal education in the context of the challenges of the 21st century.
