Abstract:

Как для экономически развитых, так и развивающихся стран чрезвычайно важен государственный бюджет, поскольку последним обусловлено урегулирование бюджетного процесса, что способствует своевременному сбору налогов и целевому использованию расходов. Both for developed and developing nations, the state budget is of high importance, since it conditions the regulation of budget process that contributes to the timely collection of taxes and efficient uses of these resources.
