Статья посвящена политологическому анализу интерпретации феномена парламентаризма как системы организации и функционирования государственной власти, базирующейся на принципах разделения властей, множественности интересов различных социальных групп гражданского общества, политического плюрализма, соблюдения прав и свобод человека и гражданина.The article deals with the politological analysis of interpreting the phenomenon of parliamentarism as a system of organizing and functioning the state power, resting on the principles of power division, multiform interests of different social groups of a civil society, political pluralism and the compliance of the right and liberties of a man and a citizen.
