Abstract:

Հոդվածում ուսումնասիրվում են անչափահասների կողմից հանցագործությունների կատարման պատճառները, կատարվում է անչապահասներին և երիտասարդներին՝ հանցավորությանը հանգեցնող փաստերի վերլուծություն:Հոդվածում նկարագրվում են նաև ժամանակակից հեռուստատեսության,համացանցի, համակարգչային խաղերի բացասական ազդեցությունները հոգեկան ներաշխարհի և հանցավորության վրա, պարզաբանվում են տվյալ երևույթների նվազեցման համար անհրաժեշտ միջոցները:This article discusses the reasons causing the commission of crimes by minors, it analyses the factors leading to juvenile and youth delinquency. The article also describes the negative impact of modern television, the Internet and computer games on the mentality and lawlessness, the necessary measures for minimization of this phenomenon are revealed.
