Статья посвящена проблемам квалификации преступления, связанного с получением должностным лицом взятки с вымогательством,предусмотренного УК РА. Автор проанализировал некоторые вопросы уголовно– правовой оценки данного преступления, в диспозициях которого, по мнению автора, необходимо произвести изменения, учитывая тот факт, что оно совершается специальными субъектами.The article deals with qualification problems of crime associated with bribetaking with an extorion by an official under the RA Criminal Code.The author analyzes some issues of criminal and legal assessment of the crime, considering in the dispositions of which, according to the author, it is necessary to make changes, the fact that it is done by special subjects.
