Սույն գիտական հոդվածում հեղինակը իրավաքաղաքական մտքի պատմության նյութերի հետազոտության հիման վրա բացահայտում է անձի օրինական շահերի հիմնարար, սոցիալ– իրավական նշանակությունը, էությունն ու առանձնահատկությունները անձի իրավական դրության ձևավորման գործընթացում: Մասնավորապես, դիտարկվում են անձի իրավական դրության,դրա կառուցվածքային տարրերի վերաբերյալ նշանավոր իրավագետների կարծիքները պետության և իրավունքի տեսության համատեքսում: Միևնույն ժամանակ, ընդգծվում է «օրինական շահեր » և «իրավաբանական շահեր» հասկացությունների փոխհարաբերությունը: This article is based on the study materials of the history of political and legal thought, it reveals the fundamental, social and legal meaning, the essence and characteristics of the individual’s legitimate interests formation of its legal status. particularly, the article considers a variety of interpretations and classification of the legitimate interests of its structural elements by known lawyers in the context of the theory of state and law. At the same time it emphasizes the relation between the concepts of “legitimate interests” and “legal interests”.
