Abstract:

The study of neologisms, neoplasms, and new words at different stages of language development is always relevant. In particular, the scope of their study has been expanding recently. The study of neologies, which are rapidly being created and disseminated in some areas such as the press, television, and the Internet, is especially relevant. Equally important is the study of the neologies of individual authors. However, there are disagreements in this regard: the study of author's neologies involves more author's style, the identification of stylistically expressive forms of new compositions, which is not so acceptable in linguistics. However, it should be noted that the study of the author's neologies allows us to identify not only the language of the author's works, the original style of creating new words, but also to get an idea of the linguistic situation of this period, its change, a certain process of word formation, various word-formation patterns, ways of vocabulary development.
