Abstract:

Стратегическое сотрудничество между Арменией и Россией является коплексным и непрерывным процессом, которое включает в себя взаимодействие в сферах экономики, науки,культуры по обеспечению безопасности и военной политики. В настоящее время в условиях быстрого геополитического развития и для Республики Армения, и для Российской Федерации намечается необходимость углубления сотрудничества и укрепления отношений. Армяно– российское сотрудничество является также специфическим залогом по обеспечению стабильности на Южном Кавказе, необходимой, в частности, для мирного урегулирования одного из нерешенных конфликтов региона– Карабахской проблемы, во избежание напряженных ситуаций в зоне соприкосновения.Strategic cooperation between Armenia and Russia is a complex and ongoing process, which includes cooperation in providing security and military policy in the fields of economy, science and culture. Nowadays with the rapid geopolitical development of both the Republic of Armenia and the Russian Federation there arises the need for profound cooperation and strengthening relationship. Armenian–Russian cooperation is also a specific guarantee for securing stability in the South Caucasus, which is particularly necessary for the peaceful settlement of the unsolved Nagorno–Karabakh conflict in order to avoid tensions in the contact areas.
