Abstract:

Հոդվածում քննարկվում են իրավունքի գործառույթների ծագման և զարգացման հարցերը, ինչպես նաև վերլուծվում են իրավունքի գործառույթների էությունը, բովանդակությունը և դասակարգումները: Մասնավորապես ներկայացված են իրավունքի պաշտպանիչ և կազմակերպչական գործառույթներ: Քննարկվող թեմայի շրջանակում կարևոր տեղ է հատկացվում նաև հանրահայտ իրավագատների՝ Ս.Ս. Ալեքսեևի, Ա.Ի. Աբրամովի, Վ.Վ.Լազարևի և այլոց դիրքորոշումներին՝ իրավունքի գործառույթների վերաբերյալ:The article examines the origin and development issues of law functions, as well as the essence, classifications and content of law functions. In particular, it presents the regulatory and protective functions of law. In particular, the protective and organizational functions of law are introduced. Within the framework of the discussed topic due attention is paid to the approaches of well-known jurists such as (S.S. Alekseev, A.I. Abramov, V.V. Lazarev and others) concerning functions of law.
