The article deals with Lhc Hittite cuneiform text belonging to the 13-th century B.C., which containt information regarding Isuwa, one of the ancient states on the Armenian Highland. Specifically, it tells about the role of the kings of Isuwa in the inner life of the Hittite empire in the 13-th century B.C.
