Abstract:

Ընդարձակ այրվածքների արդյունքում զարգանում է յուրահատուկ պաթոլոգիկ ֆունկցիոնալ և ձևաբանական փոփոխությունների համալիր: Ընթացքի ծանրությունը և հիվանդության ելքը կախված են վնասվածքի չափից, օրգանիզմի պաշտպանիչ հատկությունների վիճակից և տեղին ու ճիշտ ժամանակին բուժական միջոցառումների ցուցաբերումից: Արյան պարամետրերի ուսումնասիրությունն այրվածքային հիվանդության իմունաբանական և կենսաքիմիական ցուցանիշների հետ միասին հնարավորություն է տալիս ճիշտ հասկանալու պաթոլոգիական պրոցեսների ընթացքը և արտացոլում է բորբոքային պրոցեսների աստիճանը: Վիճակագրական մեթոդների միջոցով հնարավոր է եղել պարզել արյան որոշ պարամետրերի կախվածությունը վնասի աստիճանից և հեմոգլոբինի, հեմատոկրիտի, էրիթրոցիտների և լեյկոցիտների ցուցանիշների փոխկախվածությունը: Բացահայտվել է վերքի մակերեսի տարածքում հեմատոկրիտի (x) և հեմոգլոբինի (y) մակարդակների փոփոխությունների փոխադարձ կապը: Պարզվել է նաև, որ, կախված վնասվածքի ծանրությունից, նկատվում են էրիթրոցիտների մակարդակի իջեցում և լեյկոցիտների մակարդակի բարձրացում այրվածքային հիվանդության սկզբնական շրջանում (առաջին 2 օրվա ընթաց-քում): Հիվանդության կլինիկական պատկերը, արյան ցուցանիշների և կենսաքիմիական ուսումնասիրությունները թույլ են տալիս ճիշտ պատկերացում կազմել պաթոլոգիկ պրոցեսի ընթացքի մասին:
As a result of extensive burns, a complex of peculiar pathological functional and morphological changes occurs. The severity of the course and outcome of the disease depends on the area of the lesion, the state of the body's protective properties and the timeliness and completeness of therapeutic measures. The study of blood parameters together with immunological and biochemical indicators in burn disease makes it possible to formulate a correct understanding of the course of the pathological process and reflects the degree of inflammatory processes. With the help of statistical methods, it was possible to find the dependence of some blood parameters on the degree of damage, the interdependence of such indicators as hemoglobin, hematocrit, erythrocytes and leukocytes. The interrelation of changes in hematocrit (x) and hemoglobin (y) levels on the area of the wound surface was revealed. It was also found that, depending on the severity of the lesion, there is a decrease in the level of erythrocytes and an increase in the level of leukocytes at the early stage of burn disease (in the first 2 days). The study of blood parameters with the clinical picture of the disease, biochemical studies helps to form the correct idea of the course of the pathological process.
