Abstract:

We consider Small-Scale Ionospheric Dynamo, its role in near-Earth space physics and interaction with conducting Earth. For complete multilayer model we calculate the electric fields, currents, the magnetric fields and nonuniformities of density charged particles excited by ionospheric winds. Perspectives of their practical use are analyzed.
