В статье представлен ряд актуальных вопросов, связанных с ограничением права на психическую неприкосновенность в свете различных международных документов и практики Европейского суда по правам человека. Рассмотрены также гражданско-правовые, административно-правовые и уголовно-правовые структуры для гарантии указанного права. In the article it is presented a number of topical issues related to the restriction of the right to psychic immunity in the light of various international documents and the practice of the European Court of Human Rights. It was also referred the civil-legal, administrative-legal and criminal-legal structures for guaranteeing the mentioned right.
