Оценка чувствительности микроорганизмов к антибиотикам и дезинфектантам

Հետազոտվել է 104 ախտածին և պայմանական ախտածին մանրէների զգայունությունը լայնորեն օգտագործվող հակաբիոտիկների և քլորամինի 0,1% լուծույթի նկատմամբ: 104 hետազոտված մանրէներից - 26.9% պատկանել են Salmonella spp. ցեղին, 21.2%՝ Shigella, 14.4%՝ Staphylococcus spp., 11.5%՝ Proteus spp., 9.6%՝ Pseudomonas aeruginosa, 7.7%՝ Klebsiella pneumoniae, 8.7%՝ E.coli-ին։ 104 մանրէների շտամներից՝ 78.8% (82 շտամ) անջատված են հիվանդներից, իսկ 21.2% (22 շտամ)՝ տարբեր սննդամթերքներից։ Բոլոր հետազոտված մանրէները պոլիռեզիստենտ էին 3-15 հակաբիոտիկների նկատմամբ: 48.1% հետազոտված մանրէներն եղել են զգայուն 0,1% քլորամինի լուծույթի նկատմամբ։ Սահմանվել է մանրէների բարձր և միջին կայունություն քլորամինի 0,1% լուծույթի նկատմամբ, որը կազմել է 31.7 և 20.2% համապատասխանաբար:In the Republic of Armenia the sensitivity of 104 pathogen and conventional pathogen bacteria has been investigated to widely used antibiotics and 0,1% chloramine solution. Among studied 104 strains of microorganisms 26.9% belonged to Salmonella spp., 21.2% to Shigella, 4.4% to Staphylococcus spp., 11.5% to Proteus spp., 9.6% to Pseudomonas aeruginosa, 7.7% to Klebsiella pneumoniae, 8.7% to E.coli. Among 104 microorganisms strains 78.8% (82 strains) were isolated from patients and 21.2% (22 strains) from different food products. All of the investigated microorganisms were polyresistant to 3-15 antibiotics, 48.1% of all strains were sensitive to 0.1% chloramine solution. There has been revealed high and average resistance of microorganisms to 0.1% chloramine solution, which comprised 31.7% and 20.2% respectively.
