В статье исследуются основные проблемы транспортно-логистической политики Армении в контексте интеграции в международные коридоры TRACECA и “Север-Юг”. Указаны ключевые геополитические факторы, препятствующие интеграционному процессу. Выделены основные угрозы транспортной безопасности Армении как важной составляющей национальной безопасности. Определена потенциальная роль Армении в реализации транспортного коридора TRACECA при открытии армяно-турецкой границы и запуске международного логистического центра “Ахурян”. Рассмотрена возможность интеграции Армении в международный транспортный коридор “Север-Юг” посредством реализации проекта строительства железной дороги Иран-Армения. Проанализированы конкурентные особенности проекта строительства железной дороги Казвин-Решт-Астара. В условиях продолжения транспортной блокады Армении главными интеграционными воротами являются грузинские морские порты. Рассмотрены возможности развития транспортных коммуникаций Армении через эти порты.
The key issues of transport and logistics policy of Armenia in the context of integration into the international corridors TRACECA and the "North-South" are considered. The key geopolitical factors impeding the integration process are identified. The basic threats to Armenia's transport safety as an important component of national security are determined. The potential role of Armenia in the implementation of the TRACECA transport corridor at the opening of the Armenian-Turkish border and launching the international logistics center "Akhuryan" is identified. The possibility of Armenia's integration into the international transport corridor "North-South" through the implementation of the project of construction of Iran-Armenia is revealed. The competitive features of the project of construction of the railway Qazvin-Rasht-Astara are analyzed. The negative impact of the regional conflicts in the integration prospects of Armenia is defined. It was revealed that under the conditions of the blockade Georgian seaports are the main transportation gateway for the integration of Armenia. The main sea routes used by Armenia for trade with the outside world are analyzed.
