Abstract:

После вступления в силу отдельных статей Налогового кодекса РА /01.01.2018/ в экономике Армении имела место инфляция. Государственная комиссия по защите экономической конкуренции РА (далее ‒ Комиссия) изучая инфляцию на товарных рынках бензина и дизельного топлива, пришла к заключению, что это явление было обусловлено лишь изменением ставок акцизных налогов и продажей дизельного топлива по НДС.Однако расчеты показывают, что экономические субъекты, воспользовавшись изменениями в налоговом законодательстве, получили дополнительную прибыль. After the entry into force of certain articles of the RA Tax Code /01/01/ 2018/, inflationary phenomena were observed in the Armenian economy. The State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition of the Republic of Armenia (hereinafter ‒ the Commission), studying these inflationary phenomena in the gasoline and diesel fuel commodity markets, concluded that they were caused only by changes in excise tax rates and the sale of diesel fuel for VAT in these markets. However, calculations show that economic entities, taking advantage of changes in tax legislation, received additional profits.
