Abstract:

Функции защиты экономической конкуренции в Армении возложены на Государственную комиссию по защите экономической конкуренции РА, деятельность которой за последние годы нельзя назвать успешной. Начиная с 2009 года названной комиссией не издается официальный бюллетень, предусмотренный законодательством. Принятые комиссией решения не помещаются на ее сайте. The functions of protecting economic competition in Armenia are vested in the State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition of the RA, whose activities in recent years can not be considered successful. It does not ensure the transparency of its activities and starting from 2009 does not issue an official bulletin provided for by the Law, does not publish on its website the decisions of the commission. Annual programs and reports of the commission's activities do not fully meet the requirements stipulated by the Law.
