Abstract:

Содействие развитию рабочей силы является одним из важнейших способов обеспечения занятости населения, повышения уровня жизни и повышения конкурентоспособности экономики. Безусловно, в качестве приоритета развития рынка труда Республики Армения следует рассматривать непрерывное образование как основу совершенствования инновационной экономики, завтрашнего рынка труда и национальной системы образования. Поскольку развитие высоких технологий происходит очень быстро, приобретает системный характер, возникает необходимость более подробного изучения изменений, происходящих на рынке труда. В последние годы образ жизни и работы людей сильно изменился. Благодаря Интернету и социальным сетям общение между людьми увеличилось, открывая людям новые возможности зарабатывать и тратить деньги. В настоящее время люди могут работать как офлайн, так и онлайн, а также на временной контрактной основе или найти «гиг» работу. Последние тенденции занятости стимулировали развитие гиг-экономики. Развитие трудовых отношений в условиях цифровой экономики способствует замещению постоянного персонала временными работниками. В данном контексте используется изучение изменений на рынке труда, что определяет актуальность нашего исследования.
Promoting labor force development is one of the most important ways to ensure the employment of the population, improve living standards and increase the competitiveness of the economy. Of course, as a priority for the labor market development in Republic of Armenia, continuing education should be considered as a basis for improving the innovative economy, tomorrow's labor market and the national education system. As the development of high technology takes place very quickly, it acquires a system nature, there is a need of more detailed study of the changes taking place in the labor market. With the advent of portable meters in recent years, the way people live and work has changed dramatically. Thanks to the Internet and social networks, communication between people has increased, giving new opportunities for people to earn and spend money. At present, people can work both offline and online, as well as on a temporary contract basis or find a "gig" job. Recent employment trends have stimulated the development of the gig economy. The development of labor relations in the digital economy facilitates the replacement of permanent staff with temporary employees. In this context, the study of changes in the labor market is used, which determines the urgency of our research.
