Abstract:

Տնտեսական փոփոխությունների ներկայիս տեմպերն այնքան արագ են տեղի ունենում, որ ռազմավարական պլանավորումը ապագա մարտահրավերներն ու հնարավորությունները պաշտոնապես կանխատեսելու միակ միջոցն է: Ռազմավարության մշակում նշանակում է հստակեցնել երկրի զարգացման հեռանկարները, նպատակները, նրա առջև ծառացած խնդիրները և, հետևաբար, արդյունավետ միջոցներ ձեռնարկել դրանց լուծման ուղղությամբ։ Սրանով էլ պայմանավորված է թեմայի արդիականությունը։ Սույն հոդվածի նպատակն է ՀՀ ռազմավարական պլանավորման օրենսդրական ոլորտում առկա խնդիրների վերլուծության հիման վրա վեր հանել ՀՀ ռազմավարական պլանավորման օրենսդրական գործընթացում առկա խնդիրներն ու մշակել դրանց լուծման արդյունավետ ուղիներ։
The current pace of economic change is happening so fast that strategic planning is the only way to formally predict future challenges and opportunities. The development of a strategy means clarifying the country's development prospects, goals, problems facing it and, consequently, taking effective measures to solve them. This justifies the relevance of the article. The purpose of this article is to identify the problems of the legislative process of strategic planning in the Republic of Armenia based on the analysis of problems in the legislative sphere of strategic planning in the Republic of Armenia and develop effective ways to solve them.
