Abstract:

В статье представлено значение продовольственной безопасности в экономическом развитии страны и повышении уровня жизни населения, чем и обусловлена актуальность статьи. Приоритетное внимание уделялось повышению уровня жизни населения за счет повышения уровня продовольственной безопас- ности, самообеспеченности основными продуктами питания. Цель статьи - изучить взаимосвязь между продовольственной безопасностью и повышением уровня жизни населения, найти пути повышения уровня жизни населения за счет обеспечения продовольственной безопасности в Армении. Для достижения цели была поставлена задача изучить сущность продовольственной безопасности, проанализировать эволюцию вопросов продовольственной безопасности, выявить слабые стороны продовольственной безопасности в Армении. Были проведены анализы на основе сравнительных, статистических методов продовольственной безопасности в Республике Армения, в результате чего выяснилось, что Республика Армения зависит от импорта по ряду товаров. В статье разработаны методы снижения ту зависимость.
The article presents the importance of food security in the economic development of the country and improving the standard of living of the population, which is the reason for the relevance of the article. Priority attention was paid to improving the standard of living of the population by increasing the level of food security, self-sufficiency in basic foodstuffs. The purpose of the article is to study the relationship between food security and raising the standard of living of the population, to find ways to improve the standard of living of the population by ensuring food security in Armenia. To achieve the goal, the task was to study the essence of food security, analyze the evolution of food security issues, and identify the weaknesses of food security in Armenia. Analyzes were carried out on the basis of comparative, statistical methods of food security in the Republic of Armenia, as a result of which it turned out that the Republic of Armenia is dependent on imports for a number of goods. The article developed methods to reduce that dependence.
