В статье обсуждались основные направления государственного регулирования монополий/конкуренции, их характерные особенности и проблема выбора эффективного направления регулирования в странах с переходной экономикой. В статье также обсуждались особенности формирования монополии в Армении и подходы к их регулированию. В статье обсуждены как теоретические, так и практические вопросы. The article discusses the main directions of the state regulation of monopolies/competition, the characteristic features of thereof, and the issues of choosing the effective direction of regulation in transition economies. The article discusses the specifics of creating monopolies in Armenia and approaches to regulating thereof, as well. Both theoretical and practical issues have been discussed in the article.
