Abstract:

In the article we made the methodological and comparative analysis of legal consciousness and political consciousness. From theoretical point of view of political science, in the article we had revealed the problem of relationship and interaction between these two types of consciousness in different social-political processes. By comparative analysis of functional, typological and constitutive elements of legal consciousness and political consciousness, we had already studied these two types of consciousness as one united complex of civic consciousness, named legal-political consciousness.
