Abstract:

С начала Первой мировой войны младотурецкие власти постепенно планируя и претворяя в жизнь Геноцид армян сконцентрировали свое внимание на ограничении потока информации как внутри страны, так и вне ее границ. Был запрещен сбор, распространие и, вообще, передвижение любой информации без разрешения конкретных органов власти. Имея перед собой опыт предшественников, в особенности опыт Абдула Гамида, они в стране утвердили строгую цензуру. From the beginning of the World War I the government of Young Turks planning and bringing to live step by step the Genocide of the Armenian people, focused their attention to the limitation of information inside and outside the country. The collection and expansion of any kind of information was forbidden, as well as, any action without the permission and examination of authorities. Taking into consideration the experience of their ancestors, particularly the policy of Abdul Humid, they established brutal censorship in the country.
