Investments exhibit the aggregate o f material, working and cash expenditures directed to cxpandec reproduction o f all national branches. «Investments» comparatively is a new term in economy. It is o f broader meaning that includes rea land financial invests as well, that is the securities and invested bonds with the right o f having some incom from ownership. Investment financing is realized on base o f domestic and external sources. The domestic source i represented as own funds o f an exterprise and savings o f the population, state subsidies, as well long-tern credits and loans. And the external sources are foreign direct and portfolio investments, foreign credits and loans too. It is important to regard the share o f investment risk in the republic, to estimate its state in nowdays I and have any dicsion proposal in order to make the risk minimal and the investment sphere improved. The main indexes o f investment activity by the sources of their use are given in the thesis followin the examples of Nagorno Karabakh Republic.
