Abstract:

On the 23rd of July 1908, immediately after the Young Türks revolution, Ottoman Constitution has been restored and in October-November there were held parliamentary elections. Trying to insure in parliament the superiority of Turkish dement during the elections the Young Türks tumed to various violations which limited the Arabs inclusion in parliament as well as their activities concerning the realization of Arab national aims.
