Abstract:

One of the characteristic features of our permanently changing world is the appearance of new independent states and formation of new geopolitical regions. After the collapse of the Soviet Union arid gaining of independence by Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia, had started a process of formation of Middle Eastem — Transcaucasian geopolitical region (METGR) by incorporation of three Transcaucasian states into the geopolitical, economic and cultural structures of the Middle East.
