Abstract:

Сфера услуг» в целом включает в себя совокупность различных видов экономической деятельности человека. В экономической литературе существует несколько вариантов определения понятия «сфера услуг», которые иногда, противоречат друг другу, что связано со сложностью и разнохарактерностью исследуемого явления. Значительную роль в расширении сферы услуг сыграл научно-технический прогресс. Повышение уровня наукоемкости выпускаемой продукции привело к увеличению стоимости оказываемых услуг в стоимости продукции. Services are types of specific economic activity or forms of relations that create definite value to consumers. One of the main directions specific to services is the fact that these types of activities, as a rule, don’t cause closure of small and medium-sized enterprises, but they strengthen the differentiation of production structure. Science and technology progress has played a crucial role in increasing the share of services in GDP. The growth of production of knowledge intensive products has resulted in increase in share of services in the cost structure of goods.
