Abstract:

The article stresses the importance of investments (processes) in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The article highlights the lack of financing/availability of resources for investments by SMEs. The article studies the possibilities of attracting investments and other sources of financing. The author identifies availability of financial resources and priorities the Government needs to pursue in providing financial resources to the SMEs, aimed at modernizing production, buying and adopting/utilizing new technology. In addition to bank loans, microsystem financing needs to be developed-activity related with providing services to startup small businesses.
