Abstract:

Основной целью налоговых реформ, реализуемых в ближайшие годы в Республике Армения, должно быть формирование налоговой политики, способствующей экономическому росту, содействующей развитию экономических начинаний и привлечению инвестиций, улучшающей социальное положение населения, что одновременно обеспечит также соответствующие объемы бюджетных поступлений для финансирования принятых государством расходных программ. The main objective of the tax reforms to be implemented in the Republic of Armenia in the future several years needs to be such a policy that stimulates economic growth, supports economic initiatives, promotes investments (attraction), entails the design of such a tax policy that improves the wellbeing (social condition) of the citizens, thus simultaneously ensuring respectively the required budget revenues in order to finance the programs undertaken by the government.
