Armenian Journal of Physics=Ֆիզիկայի հայկական հանդես
We synthesized the Polythiophene by Oxidative Polymerization of Thiophene and then synthesized CdSe/Polythiophene. After this we made a thin film by incorporating this nanocomposite and then studied its characterizations by TGA/DTA (Thermal Analysis), XRD (X-Ray Diffraction), UV-VIS (Ultraviolet-Visible Spectroscopy), SEM-EDXA (Scanning Electron Microscopy with Energy Dispersive X-Ray Analysis), FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy).
