A method of synthesis of room-temperature ferromagnetic samples of nickel phthalocyanine (NiPc) doped with K and Rb atoms has been developed. These materials are air-stable and have a Curie temperature higher than 300oC. Measurements of optical spectra show that the doping leads to the essential changes in spectra, in particular, to the shift of peaks in the visible range. In the spectra of magnetic resonance of doped samples an intense wide asymmetric line of ferromagnetic resonance and a narrow signal with g ≈ 2 is observed. In order to reveal the nature of ferromagnetism of the obtained compounds and to determine the nearest local environment of Ni ions, the spectra of X-ray absorption near-edge structure (XANES) were also measured.
