Abstract:

Եզակի պոտենցիալի քվանտային թունելացումը մոդելավորվում է, որպես կանոն, կանոնավորման մեթոդով: Այն ելնում է ոչ եզակի բնույթի նախատիպի միջանկյալ օգտագործումից: Սույն աշխատանքում բացահայտված է, որ պոտենցիալային արգելքի եզակի կետի շրջակայքում անընդհատ դիֆերենցելի նախատիպերը չեն վերարտադրում եզակիությունը քվանտային թունելացման խնդրում: Quantum tunneling of a singular potential is modeled, as a rule, by the method of regularization. It originates from the intermediate usage of a nonsingular-type prototype of the potential function. In this work is has been ascertained that continuously differentiable at the point of singularity prototypes does not reproduce the singularity in the problem of quantum tunneling.
