Автор данной научной статьи, на основе изучения материалов из истории политико-правовой мысли раскрывает особенности правового положения личности в русской теории права. В частности, рассматриваются различные юридические учения, а также мнения многих известных правоведов о содержании правового положения личности, о взаимосвязи государства с личностью. Lilit Kazanchian based upon the study of materials on the history of the political and legal thought makes known the peculiarities of the legal status of an individual in the Russian law theory. In particular, the article discusses the various legal doctrines and opinions of many well-known legists on the material of the legal status of an individual and the relationship between the state and a person.
