• Digitize and provide access to scholarly content and unique cultural heritage materials, making scientific knowledge, methods, data and evidence freely available and accessible for everyone.
• Support the research data lifecycle, especially data preservation and re-use
• Promote innovative international scientific collaborations
• Build a culture of Open Science
• Increase scientific collaborations and sharing of information for the benefits of science and society at large.
