Ժամանակակից հասարակական-քաղաքական գործընթացներն ու սոցիալ-տնտեսական զարգացումները ձևավորում են տարբեր պատկերացումներ արդարության և սոցիալ-տնտեսական անհավասարության մասին: Այդ երևույթներն առանցքային դերակատարում ունեն իշխանության վերաբաշխիչ քաղաքականության նկատմամբ ցուցաբերվող հասարակական աջակցության կամ, հակառակը, ընդդիմադիր տրամադրությունների ձևավորման տեսանկյունից: Մյուս կողմից, եկամուտների վերաբաշխման մասին գոյություն ունեցող հասարակական պատկերացումները պայմանավորված են մի շարք օբյեկտիվ և սուբյեկտիվ գործոններով` հավասարության նկատմամբ հասարակական պահանջ, ընկալվող և փաստացի սոցիալական (ան)հավասարություն, արդարության մասին ավանդական պատկերացումներ, հասարակության սոցիո-մշակութային առանձնահատկությունները, քաղաքական-ինստիտուցիոնալ միջավայրը և այլն: Հոդվածում ներկայացվում են այդ գործոնները, ինչպես նաև քննարկվում է դրանցից յուրաքանչյուրի ազդեցությունը վերաբաշխիչ քաղաքական
In modern socio-political and socio-economic conditions, various public perceptions and ideas about justice and socio-economic inequality are formed. It should be noted that these phenomena play a key role in the implementation of state redistributive policy, public support provided to him or, conversely, the formation of opposition sentiments. On the other hand, existing social ideas about the redistribution of income are conditioned by anumber of objective-subjective factors: social need for equality, actual and perceived social (in) equality, prospects for social mobility, traditional ideas about justice, socio-cultural characteristics of society, political-institutional environment and etc. The article examines these factors in detail, discusses the impact of each of them on the attitude of society to the policy of redistribution.
