Abstract:

In this paper, we consider the blow-up behaviorof linearly implicit L1 method for fractional ordinary differentialequations. Based on Nakagawa’s criteria, a suitable adaptivestep strategy is introduced. The existence of global numericalsolution is proved. Moreover, we show that the finite blow-upbehaviors are replicated for any positive solution. Finally, somenumerical examples are given to test the main result․
