Abstract:

Американский пригород характеризуется своими внутренними ограничениями, правилами, которыми обусловлены человеческие отношения. Жизнь в пригороде подчинена определенным принятым в этой среде традициям, что лишает героев рассказов Чивера свободы действий. Попытки высвободиться из этих оков остаются безуспешными, поскольку они сталкиваются с множеством препятствий.The life in the suburb is subordinated with traditions which is certain for that environment with the rules of life, which deprive the free action of Cheevers heroes. The attempts are remined unsuccessful to release from these fetters remain as they face with lot of obstacles.
