Abstract:

С учетом международного и отечественного опыта изучения и анализа технологической вооруженности научно-образовательных учреждений предлагается комплексная система показателей для целостного или выборочного статистического исследования, а также оценки и прогнозирования материально-технической оснащенности и информационно-коммуникационной обеспеченности научно-образовательных организаций. В свете сказанного важное значение имеют показатели: научного оборудования и приборов, компьютерной оснащенности, электронных ресурсов. Based on the international and domestic best practices of studying and analyzing technology intensity of research and education institutions, the authors have designed and proposed a complex system of indicators for continuous and targeted research efforts, for estimating and forecasting capital and technology intensity, for ICT use and penetration in the research and education institutions. Among these indicators, are of high importance those describing availability of equipment and devices, computer equipment, and access to electronic resources.
