Abstract:

In this article, the author thoroughly discusses the content, characteristics and the problem of its realization of health protection as a fundamentalconstitutional right. The right to maintain health is one of the main responsibilities of the state because the latter is obliged to create appropriate legal, economic, and organizational conditions so that a person (citizen and human being) can exercise his constitutional right.
