Abstract:

Целью данной статьи является выявление эффективности управления финансированием в сфере науки в РА и предложение мер по повышению эффективности. Для этого был проведен сравнительный анализ на основе показате-лей, характеризующих отношение финансирование сферы науки к ВВП для разных стран мира и РА. В результате выяснилось, что в настоящее время соответствующий объем ВВП, выделяемый на финансирование науки в Армении, намного меньше аналогичного показателя почти всех стран ЕАЭС, а также стран со средним уровнем дохода.
The purpose of this article is to identify the effectiveness of the science funding management in Armenia and to propose measures to improve the efficiency. For that purpose, a comparative analysis was provided for Armenia and other countries of the world through the indicators of science funding to GDP ratio. As a result, it turned out that nowadays, the share of science funding in GDP in Armenia is much less than the same indicator of neighbouring,EAEU countries, as well as of the countries with average income level.
