Abstract:

Թվայնացումը ժամանակակից տնտեսության հիմքն է, վերջին մի քանի տարիների հիմնական միտումը: Թվայնացումը ենթադրում է անցում դեպի տեղեկատվության թվային ներկայացում, նպատակաուղված է բարձրացնել տնտեսական գործունեության արդյունավետությունը և բարելավել կյանքի որակը: Այն դարձավ պետական կառավարման համակարգի, տնտեսության, բիզնեսի, սոցիալական ոլորտի և ամբողջ հասարակության զարգացման հիմք: Եվ, իհարկե, թվային տնտեսության ձևավորումը ազգային անվտանգության և անկախության, տնտեսության մրցունակության և երկարաժամկետ հեռանկարում համաշխարհային ասպարեզում զբաղեցրած դիրքի խնդիր է: Digitalization is the basis of the modern economy, the main trend of the last few years. Digitalization is based on the transition to digital presentation of information, aimed at increasing the efficiency of economic activity and improving the quality of life. It became the basis for the development of the system of public administration, the economy, business, the social sphere, and the whole society. And, of course, the formation of a digital economy is a matter of national security and independence, the competitiveness of domestic companies, and the country's position in the world arena in the long term.
