В статье рассматриваются действия налоговых органов, осуществяемые на основе закона и иных правовых актов, направленных на обеспечение повсеместного и правильного применения налогового законодательства, решение проблем налогового органа и повышение эффективности налогового администрирования. The article discusses the actions of the tax authorities that are in compliance with laws and regulations are aimed at ensuring comprehensive and unbiased enforcement of the tax legislation, addressing the issues of tax authorities, and increasing the efficacy of tax administration.
